About Heather PM Theibert, D.O.
Associate Professor of Psychiatry
Dr. Theibert is board certified in Adult Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. She received her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University and is a graduate of the Adena Health System Psychiatry Residency Program. She completed her undergraduate studies in Chemistry and Psychology at Bowling Green State University and is currently earning her Master of Divinity at Earlham School of Religion. She holds additional academic appointments as an adjunct clinical assistant professor at both Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. Since the beginning of her career as a psychiatrist, Dr. Theibert has been heavily dedicated to medical student and resident education with past roles of Psychiatric Clerkship Director and Associate Program Director since the founding of the OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Psychiatry Residency Program in Columbus, OH, until taking on her current role as the inaugural Program Director for the Meritus Health Psychiatry Residency Program. When not working, teaching, or studying, Dr. Theibert enjoys volunteering and exploring the beauty of our National Parks with her husband and 2 sons.
